These terms cover use of the website and of AHT’s client pages.
Work is governed by the signed proposal, purchase order or agreement for that work, which controls over these terms.
Client page links are issued to the recipient for a specific job and are kept within the recipient’s organization.
Questions about these terms go to Office@AdamsHT.com.
01Who these terms cover
These terms apply to AdamsHT.com and to the client pages that Adams Handling & Technical, LLC (“AHT”) provides through links it sends, such as proposal, invoice, document review and job record pages. AHT performs its welding, equipment repair and fabrication work through its division, AHT - Mobile Welding & Fabrication. Use of the website or a client page means acceptance of these terms.
02Work is governed by the signed agreement
Every job AHT performs is governed by the proposal, purchase order or agreement signed for that job, together with the documents it incorporates. That signed document controls over these terms wherever the two differ.
These terms set no scope, price, schedule, warranty or liability terms for work. Those terms are stated only in the signed proposal, purchase order or agreement for the job.
03Client pages
A client page link is issued to its recipient for a specific job. Share it only with people in your organization who are involved in that job, and contact AHT if a link reaches someone it was not meant for.
When a client page asks you to accept a proposal, sign a document or confirm a record, that action applies to the document shown on the page, and AHT relies on it as your response. AHT keeps a record of it.
Client pages show AHT’s records as they stand when the page is opened. If anything on a client page appears incorrect, contact AHT before acting on it.
04Website content
The website describes AHT’s services, coverage area and qualifications for general information. It is not an offer to perform any work. Scope, price and schedule are set only in a written proposal for a specific job.
AHT updates the website as its services change, and may change or remove content at any time.
05Acceptable use
Use the website and client pages only for their intended purpose. Do not:
Submit false information, or submit information on behalf of another person without their authority.
Attempt to access a client page, record or system that was not provided to you.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website or client pages, or attempt to bypass any access control.
Copy, scrape or collect content or information from the website by automated means.
Use the website to send unsolicited advertising, or for any unlawful purpose.
AHT may suspend access to the website or a client page in response to misuse.
06Names, logos and content
The AHT name and logo, and the text, photographs and design of the website, belong to AHT. Do not reproduce or use them without AHT’s written permission, apart from viewing, printing and keeping copies of client pages and records for your own job files.
07Availability of the site
AHT maintains the website and client pages with care but does not guarantee that they will be available without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, AHT is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or client pages. This section concerns the website and client pages only. It does not apply to work, which is governed by section 02.
08Other websites and services
The website links to other websites, such as Google, Facebook and Instagram. AHT does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
09Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how AHT collects, uses and protects information submitted through the website and client pages.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. A dispute about these terms is heard in the state courts located in Shasta County, California, unless the signed agreement for a job provides otherwise for that job.
11Changes to these terms
AHT may update these terms as the website and client pages change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Changes do not alter a signed proposal, purchase order or agreement.
