How fast can AHT get to a machine that is down?
Down equipment moves to the front of the schedule. Send the location, the machine and photos of the damage, and AHT confirms the arrival window when it replies.
What should be ready when AHT arrives?
Safe access to the damaged area, the machine locked out and parked on stable ground, and cleaning of heavy grease or mud where possible. AHT confirms the details when the work is scheduled.
Does the machine need to be brought to a shop?
No. Most repairs are performed where the equipment operates, using AHT’s self-contained rig.
